B is for Blog Awards

This last weekend, I was away for a church program - a retreat. It is in fact exactly what it means: a moment to step back, calculate strategies before refiring or continuing the battle. <- my own definition. Let's see what Webster's ( or in this case dictionary.com) has to say. 

The relevant definitions I found:

- a retirement or a period of retirement for religious exercises and meditation.

- the act of withdrawing, as into safety or privacy; retirement; seclusion.

- a place of refuge, seclusion, or privacy: The library was his retreat.

Well, anyways, you get the idea, I was not here, lol! I came back today and it was just exciting news when I found out I got yet another blog award. Thank you @WealthyBlogger. Honestly though, I get tired of those awards lol. You'll soon know why! 

She said I'm supposed to 

1. Tell you seven facts about me
2. Pass the award to 15 other blogs  

First task is hard enough for me to do, let alone second one.

1. And that is the first thing. I find it hard to talk about myself. 

Now what else? 

2. I'm really shy...I'm taking care of that though.  I'm as introverted as they come, and no I ain't trying to be an extrovert. Just learning how to use my personality to my greater advantage.

3. I like to think I'm funny! Or at least other people have kinda proven that, unless they're just laughing with/at me (who knows) so that I won't feel bad, ahaha! I'm sure you laughed, or at least smiled at that one, lol. 

4. I love writing.....DUH (ahaha, that's me telling myself that!)

5. I love culture (traditions are a no-no, I mean folks who are staunch traditionalist though, BOOOO!) Instead of saying I love culture, I prefer the term diversity! I hate that word culture. My previous rants on this topic justify this statement. 

6. Although I'm quite reserved, I talk a lot. I mean a awful lot...to myself for the 70% of the time (not a joke :)

7. And that makes people think I'm weird, ahaha. And sometimes I actually do think I'm not from this planet, Sincerely.  

So there goes the seven things. It wasn't realy as hard as I had thought it would be. I guess I really have improved. WOOOOOO! Honestly, I do feel good about myself.
